Founded in 2005 by visionary leader Mr. Ravi Aggarwal, Mohit Overseas was born from a clear vision to revolutionize India's polymer industry. With his 25+ years of deep polymer expertise and strong business acumen, he laid a rock-solid foundation for the company's success.
In 2005, his eldest son Mr. Amit Bansal joined as Co-Founder and Managing Director, bringing exceptional business acumen and operational excellence to complement his father's technical expertise. Together, they built the company from ground up, initially focusing on domestic polymer markets with an unwavering commitment to quality and innovation.
The transformation accelerated when the younger generation joined the business - Mohit Bansal in 2014 (MBA from University of Manchester, UK) and Sumit Bansal in 2016 (Masters from Shanghai University, China). All three sons of Mr. Ravi Aggarwal brought fresh international perspectives and global market insights.
Their international education transformed the company's trajectory. They spearheaded pan-India expansion, established robust export channels, and modernized operations with cutting-edge technology.
